Summary
Emergency Public Service Jobs Act - Authorizes to be appropriated for each of fiscal years 1975 and 1976 the sum of $4,500,000,000 to provide emergency public service jobs under the Comprehensive Employment and Training Act of 1973. Provides that funds made available by this Act may not be used to pay persons employed in public service jobs at a rate in excess of $8,000 per year. Directs the Secretary of Labor and the Secretary of Health, Education, and Welfare to undertake a special study of the relationship between public assistance programs and training programs authorized under this Act.
