Summary
Provides that the time within which producers may request and receive approval for cost-sharing assistance under the 1973 Rural Environmental Assistance Program and the 1974 Rural Environmental Conservation Program, as authorized by the Soil Conservation and Domestic Allotment Act and the Agricultural Act of 1970, is extended to December 31, 1975. States that funds appropriated for such programs shall remain available for making payments to eligible producers until December 31, 1976 for practices carried out during the period July 1, 1972, to December 31, 1975.
