A bill to amend title 10, United States Code, to provide that periods of employment of retired members of the Armed Forces employed as administrators and instructors in Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps programs shall be treated as active duty for purposes of recomputation of retired pay and to provide that certain amounts paid such members shall be treated as active duty allowances.
