Summary

Entitles an individual to withdraw funds deposited into such individual's account at a depository institution: (1) after one business day if such deposit was a check or similar instrument issued by the Federal Government or any State or local government; and (2) after four business days if such deposit was a check or similar instrument issued by anyone else.
