Summary
Amends the National School Lunch Act to permit a school district that was receiving, as of January 1, 1987, cash or letters of credit in lieu of commodities for its school lunch program (program) to elect to extend such alternative assistance program for each school year ending before July 1, 1992. States that such an election shall not affect the distribution of any bonus program commodities.
