Provides that no person connected with or employed by the news media or press, or otherwise engaged in gathering material for publication or broadcast, can be required by the Congress or any court, grand jury, or administrative body to disclose any information or the source of any information procured for publication or broadcast, whether or not such information is actually published or broadcast.
