Requires the Secretary of Commerce to relocate the National Weather Service radar tower located on Sulphur Mountain near Ojai, California, to a new site which shall be selected so that the relocation: (1) will not result in degradation of service; and (2) will minimize the negative impacts of the radar tower and its emissions on residential areas. Mandates a report from the Secretary to the Congress.
