Voters' Information Act - Requires that the following information be posted in a prominent place in each post office: (1) the qualifications, dates, and places for registration and voting in the area served by the post office; (2) the names and office addresses of the United States Senators and Representatives for the area served by the post office; (3) the names and office addresses of the State legislators representing the area served by the post office; and (4) the cost and availability of Western Union public opinion messages to the President, Vice President, and Members of Congress.
