Summary

Authorizes the Administrator of General Services to provide space in the Old Post Office Building in the District of Columbia, at rates approximating commercial rents, to persons or entities engaged in artistic or cultural enterprises who are designated by the Chariman of the National Endownment for the Arts. Authorizes the rental of space to such commercial enterprises as may be necessary to the accommodation of visitors to the building.
