Essential Access Community Hospital (EACH) Amendments of 1993 - Amends title XVIII (Medicare) of the Social Security Act to make miscellaneous and technical changes with respect to Medicare's Essential Access Community Hospital Program and other Medicare provisions, including those relating to Medicare part A (Hospital Insurance) deductibles and co-payments.
