Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to extend, through December 31, 1994, the suspension of duty on 2,2,-dimethyl-1,3- benzodioxol-4-yl methylcarbanate (bendiocarb). Provides for the retroactive application of such suspension for such item which is imported into the United States after December 31, 1984, and before October 1, 1990.
