Summary

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for whoever: (1) obtains by force or violence a controlled substance from a retail pharmacy; or (2) breaks and enters a pharmacy with intent to steal a controlled substance. Increases the penalties if any person's life is endangered by use of a dangerous weapon or if any person is assaulted or killed during commission of such offense.
