Summary

Amends the Airport and Airway Development Act of 1970 to require the denial of a project grant application for an airport unless the Secretary of Transportation is satisfied that such airport's owner and operator: (1) will not deny reasonable opportunity to pick up and discharge passengers at such airport to certain motor common carriers of persons; and (2) will provide areas at such airport where information relating to such transportation provided by such carriers may be displayed.
