Summary

States that the preconversion salary level of a Federal employee whose prevailing rate position is converted to a General Schedule position shall include the night differential which was received on a regular or irregular basis during the one-year period immediately preceding such conversion even if such employee was not receiving such differential at the time of such conversion (thus the basic pay of such position under the General Schedule will reflect the preconversion base pay plus the differential which was received by an employee in such position prior to such conversion). Directs the Office of Personnel Management to provide any such employee or survivor thereof any additional pay or benefits to which such employee is entitled as a result of this Act, retroactive to January 1, 1966.
