Summary

Requires that the method of straight baselines shall be used for the purposes of determining the boundaries of the contiguous fishery zone beyond the territorial sea of the United States. States that, for the purposes of this act, the baseline for measuring the breadth of the territorial sea shall be established in accordance with the provisions of the Convention on the Territorial Sea and the contiguous Zone. Authorizes to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this Act.
