Summary

Hands Off Our Kids Act of 2001 - Directs the Attorney General to establish and implement a policy within the Department of Justice to identify organizations that recruit individuals in the United States who are less than 18 years of age to participate in violent and illegal activities related to the environment, animal rights, or any other matter the Attorney General considers to be appropriate. Amends the Juvenile Justice and Delinquency Prevention Act of 1974 regarding eligibility for formula grants to authorize State plans to include programs to be carried out through local education agencies designed to: (1) educate juveniles about organizations that recruit juveniles to participate in violent and illegal activities to advance a particular cause; and (2) combat participation by juveniles in such activities.
