Summary
Amends the Magnuson-Moss Warranty-Federal Trade Commission Improvement Act to require that written consumer product warranties include a statement of the period (if any) during which spare parts for the product will be available from the manufacturer after the expiration of the warranty. Makes the manufacturer or supplier which provides such a statement liable in accordance with the rules of the Commission for the replacement of the product.
