A bill to provide for the conveyance of certain mineral interests of the United States in property in California to the record owners of the surface of that property.

Summary

Provides for the conveyance, by the Secretary of the Interior, of mineral interests of the United States in specified property (consisting of approximately 15 acres) in Los Angeles County, California, to the record owners of the surface of that property. Directs the Secretary to require the deposit of a sum of money sufficient to cover the administrative costs of this Act. States that no conveyance shall be made unless; (1) an application is filed within six months; and (2) payment of the administrative costs and the fair market value of the interest to be conveyed is made.
