Summary
Includes among those disabled veterans eligible for assistance for automobiles and automobile adaptive equipment: (1) veterans of World War I; and (2) any other veteran who is not eligible but who has a service-connected disability which constitutes a permanent loss or impairment of the use of an anatomical part which is rated at not less than 30 percent and which impairs his ability to operate an automobile or other conveyance.
