Summary
Great Cats Conservation Act of 2007 - Defines "great cat" to mean any lion, leopard, jaguar, snow leopard, clouded leopard, cheetah, or Spanish lynx. Establishes the Great Cats Conservation Fund as a separate account in the Multinational Species Conservation Fund. Directs the Secretary of the Interior to use amounts in such Fund to provide assistance for projects for the conservation of great cats. Authorizes the Secretary to convene an advisory group of individuals representing public and private organizations actively involved in the conservation of great cats.
