Summary
Directs the National Science Foundation to enter into an arrangement with the National Academy of Sciences for a report: (1) concerning the effect of increasing the number of members of underrepresented groups, such as women and underrepresented minorities, in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields would have on achieving a national strategic priority of expanding the pipeline of individuals entering such fields to support innovation and competitiveness; and (2) that identifies strategies for bringing more women and underrepresented minorities into those fields.
