Summary

Prohibits the Secretaries of Defense and the military departments from: (1) authorizing participation of the armed forces in an airshow or trade exhibition held outside the United States; or (2) using military training or readiness requirements to provide indirect support for such airshow or exhibition. Authorizes such Secretaries, upon the request of a business firm or industrial association, to support such entity at such airshow or exhibition through the display or demonstration of military equipment if the entity agrees to reimburse the United States for all incremental costs for such support.
