Summary

Agricultural Wetlands Administration Act of 1995 - Amends the Food Security Act of 1985 to provide for Department of Agriculture jurisdiction over wetland determinations on agricultural lands. Provides production and conversion exemptions for certain small tracts and wetlands on agricultural lands. Revises prior converted wetlands (types and abandonment) provisions. Revises mitigation provisions regarding: (1) farmed wetland; (2) good faith exemptions; and (3) creation of mitigation banks. Provides contract authority for wetland conservation program administration. Defines "agricultural land" and "farmed wetland."
