Summary
Limits the number of automobiles produced in Japan that may be imported into the United States for each of calendar years 1981-1985. Directs the Secretary of the Treasury to administer the entry of imports under this Act. Directs the Secretary of Commerce to allocate among supplying producers the total number of automobiles permitted entry under this Act.
