Montgomery G.I. Bill Improvement Act of 2007 - Exempts enlisted personnel in pay grade E-5 or below from the reduction in pay for contributions (premiums) under the Montgomery GI Bill educational assistance program. Allows individuals serving on active duty a one-year opportunity to withdraw a previous election not to receive such educational assistance.
