Summary
Free Flow of Information Act - States that no person shall be required by any court, grand jury, agency, department, commission, legislature, or any committee thereof of any of the States or of the United States to disclose any confidential information or the source of such information received, processed, or obtained by him in his capacity as a reporter, editor, commentator, journalist, writer, correspondent, announcer, or other person directly engaged in the gathering or presentation of news for any newspaper, periodical, press association, newspaper syndicate, wire service, radio, or television station or any other news media.
