Summary
Establishes a Superfund Commission to examine the Superfund program under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation, and Liability Act of 1980. Sets a deadline for the Commission's report to the Congress. Terminates the Commission upon submission of its report. Directs the Administrator of the Environmental Protection Agency to make available a specified amount from the Hazardous Substance Response Trust Fund to carry out this Act. Authorizes appropriations for FY 1984 to reimburse such Fund for amounts provided to the Commission.
