Summary
Bankruptcy Inflation Adjustment Amendments of 1993 - Amends Federal bankruptcy law to set forth automatic five-year adjustments of specified dollar amounts in the Bankruptcy Code based upon the Consumer Price Index For All Urban Consumers published by the Department of Labor (thus allowing for the impact of inflation in bankruptcy administration). Increases the current dollar amounts used in the determination of: (1) the debt adjustment of an individual with regular income; (2) involuntary bankruptcy cases; and (3) priorities and exemptions of a case in bankruptcy.
