Summary

Provides for coverage (under specified provisions of Federal law relating to health insurance for Federal employees) for an individual enrolled in a health plan under the Farm Credit Administration (FCA) with regard to previous periods of enrollment, authorization to enroll, continued coverage, and coverage for unmarried dependent children. Requires the FCA to transfer to the Federal Employees Health Benefits Fund amounts necessary to reimburse the Fund for benefits under this Act. Requires the Office of Personnel Management to administer the provisions of this Act.
