Summary

Kuwait Business Practices Review Act of 1995 - Directs the Secretaries of State, of Commerce, and of the Treasury to conduct a joint investigation of, and report to the Congress on, financial and commercial practices by Kuwait with respect to: (1) the commercial and financial treatment of U.S.-owned businesses by Kuwait; and (2) whether Kuwait has engaged in abuse of established legal norms in its own country or elsewhere as a means to conceal inappropriate commercial and financial practices. Requires such Secretaries to submit to the Congress a report on the results of such investigation. Requires the Secretary of State to recommend to the Congress appropriate modifications of the relationship between the United States and Kuwait if Kuwait has failed to remedy any improper financial, commercial, or legal practices.
