Summary
Gives the consent of Congress to Utah and Nevada to enter into an agreement or compact primarily for changing such States' boundaries so that the lands located within the city of Wendover, Utah, on the date of enactment of this Act, including the airport, shall be located within Nevada after implementation of the agreement.
