A bill providing for a reduction in the amount paid each year by the United States as its contribution toward the assessed budget of the United Nations, such reduction to be equal to the amount of that contribution which would be used for the expenses of the Committee on the Exercise of the Inalienable Rights of the Palestinian People and the Special Unit on Palestinian Rights.
