Summary
Authorizes the Secretary of the Interior to make a grant to the State of Florida, from the Land and Water Conservation Fund, to acquire specified land in North Miami for development for park and recreation purposes. Directs the Secretary to make the grant subsequent to an agreement with the Governor of Florida regarding the development and management plan for such land with a right of reversion to the United States should the property be used for other than park and recreation purposes. Authorizes appropriations.
