Summary
Provides that the foreign post pay differential for a Federal employee shall be determined without regard to: (1) his entitlement to, and his receipt of, an allowance based on living costs or conditions of environment, or both, and (2) the amount of such allowance. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5925) Provides that the amount of a cost-of-living and condition of environment allowance for a Federal employee shall be determined without regard to: (1) his entitlement to, and his receipt of, a post differential and (2) the amount of such post differential. (Amends 5 U.S.C. 5941(a))
