Summary
Amends the Act of May 31, 1962, to establish May 31, 1967, as the benchmark for the fair market value of specified lands along the Snake River in Idaho which the Secretary of the Interior has been authorized to sell. Sets procedural guidelines for applicants claiming a right of first preference for the purchase of such lands. Precludes reimbursement to anyone for money paid for lands previously acquired under such Act.
