Summary

Provides that, in the case of specified lands in the States of Arizona and California, the United States shall be subject to all legal and equitable defenses which are available to a private party litigant under the laws of the State in which the property is located and to which the United States seeks to establish title or obtain relief dependent upon such claimed ownership of land.
