Summary

Amends the Federal criminal code to establish penalties for anyone having authorized possession of information identifying an individual as associated with a U. S. agency engaged in foreign intelligence operations, who discloses such information to anyone not authorized to receive it. Establishes criminal penalties for anyone who willfully communicates to any person or makes public information identifying an individual as engaged in furthering foreign intelligence operations on behalf of the United States, with intent to disclose a relationship of such individual with such operations, knowing that the disclosure may prejudice such individual's safety.
