Summary
National Defense Features Program Enhancement Act of 2001 - Requires the Federal Maritime Commission, in any case in which it finds that the failure of vessels built under the National Defense Features program to obtain employment in a trade route in the foreign commerce of the United States, together with long-term domination of that trade route by citizens of an allied nation, evidences the existence of restrictive trade practices, to counteract such practices utilizing all available remedies under the Foreign Shipping Practices Act of 1988.
