Summary
ERISA Reporting Compliance Act of 2003 - Amends the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 (ERISA) to require prompt compliance with, and prompt enforcement of, annual reporting requirements for pension plans. Requires faster filing of annual reports by plan administrators. Sets forth other deadlines by which the Secretary of Labor is to: (1) log the fact that a report has not been filed; (2) notify the plan administrator of noncompliance and need to comply; and (3) take additional actions to remedy a continued failure to timely file an annual report.
