Amends the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States to suspend, through December 31, 1998, the duty on: (1) N-(((4-chlorophenyl)- amino) carbonyl)-2-difluorobenzamide (diflubenzuron); and (2) mixtures of N-(((4-chlorophenyl) amino)-carbonyl)-2-difluorobenzamide (diflubenzuron) and inert substances.
