Money Laundering Act of 1991 - Amends the Federal criminal code to provide for life imprisonment for any officer or employee of a depository institution who knowingly conducts a financial transaction designed to conceal the nature, location, source, ownership, or control of the proceeds of a criminal violation of the Controlled Substances Act or the Controlled Substances Import and Export Act.
