Summary

Directs the Secretary of the Interior, through the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), to convey specified public lands in Mohave County, Arizona, to the Arizona Game and Fish Department to permit the Department to use such lands as a public shooting range. Instructs the Secretary to require the Arizona Game and Fish Department to pay all survey costs and other administrative costs necessary for the preparation and completion of any patents of, and transfer of title to, those lands.
