Unmarried Child Benefits Correction Act of 1989 - Title I: Children of Civil Service Employees - Defines "unmarried child" to include one whose marriage has been dissolved by death, divorce, or annulment for purposes of civil service survivor annuities, life insurance, and health benefits.
