Summary

Provides, under the Foreign Assistance Act of 1961, for the suspension in whole or in part, of economic and military assistance and specific sales to any country which fails to take appropriate steps to prevent narcotic drugs, produced or processed, in whole or in part, in such country from entering the United States unlawfully. States that nothing contained in this Act or in any other Act shall be construed to authorize the President to waive the provisions of this Act.
