Directs the Secretary of the Interior to transfer without consideration all U.S. right, title, and interest to certain Federal real property in Clark County, Nevada, to claimants deprived by the United States of such title as a result of previous erroneous private surveys. Allows claimants to submit claims directly to the Secretary or through the City of Las Vegas, Nevada, acting on behalf of one or more of them.
