Summary
Nuclear Non-Proliferation Act - Prohibits the sale, shipment, or transfer of nuclear source or special material, equipment, or technology to any country which has not ratified the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. Permits such a transaction if the President determines that it is essential to national security and reports such determination to Congress. Requires such determinations to be approved by Congress and printed in the Federal Register
