Summary
Authorizes the Attorney General to waive the deportation of an alien whose deportation is based solely upon his conviction for the illicit possession of marihuana, and who is otherwise admissible into the United States. (Amends 8 U.S.C. 1182(a)(23), 1251(a)(11))
