Summary
Preventing the Endangerment of Children on Recreational Lands by Sexual Violators Act - Prohibits an individual convicted of a sexual offense involving a minor from serving in the Department of the Interior or the Department of Agriculture. Provides that this Act does not require the separation of any employee or contractor whose service began before enactment of this Act.
