Summary
Declares that for purposes of any determination of rights under Federal law pertaining to civil service retirement, Dr. An-Ti Chai shall be deemed: (1) to have been retired after being voluntarily separated from the service; and (2) to have made an election of a lump-sum payment for a life-threatening affliction or other critical medical condition.
