Summary
Requires that all or any part of the stationery, blank books, tables, forms, and other necessary papers furnished for official use of the Senate and House of Representatives shall contain, upon the request of the individual or committee on whose behalf such papers are requisitioned, not less than 50 percent recycled material. (Adds 44 U.S.C. 734(b))
